Brian M. Bobeck
President & CEO
Mr. Bobeck was appointed to the Board of Directors on November
11, 2003. He was named Chief Executive Officer on September
1, 2003. Mr. Bobeck has served as President and Chief Operating
Officer of the Company since December 11, 2002. In addition,
Mr. Bobeck served as Vice-President Engineering of the Company
from January 1999. Prior to joining Aquis, Mr. Bobeck was
Director of Technical Operations for AT&T Wireless/Vanguard
Cellular, Inc. In addition, he founded and served as President
of Maximum Propagation, Inc., a tower asset and management
company. Other positions held by Mr. Bobeck include Director
of Engineering for Nation Page, Inc. and several management
positions held with Commonwealth Telephone Company. Mr.
Bobeck holds degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications
Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University as well
as a certification in Management Information Systems.
Richard Gdovic
Board of Directors, Chairman
Mr. Gdovic is the Chairman of Aquis Communications and President
of TEAM operations. Mr. Gdovic oversees all operations of
the company and provides strategic vision. Mr. Gdovic is
the principal of ComServe Corporation a back office support
and software development company. Mr. Gdovic has over 23
years of experience developing accounting software predominately
for the communications industry with over 1,500 installations
worldwide. He developed the software platform that hosts
Aquis’ customer care, billing and inventory systems
as well as the software for TEAM services. He has provided
billing and customer service on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court and major national communication providers. Mr. Gdovic
has served on a number of boards including the board of
Directors for a publicly traded communication company. Richard
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science
and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Trina L. Saxon
Executive Vice President Customer Care and Fulfillment
Mrs. Saxon is the Executive Vice-President of Customer Care
and Operations. Before joining Aquis, Ms. Saxon pursued
a career in social service related fields with an emphasis
on human resources and business administration. Ms. Saxon
joined ComServe in 1999 in a managerial capacity. Ms. Saxon
was promoted to various senior positions within the ComServe
organization. In November of 2006 Ms. Saxon was appointed
EVP of Aquis Communications where she oversees the daily
operations of customer care and order fulfillment. She is
the leading force of policy and procedure development which
governs the day to day operations of Aquis. Trina earned
her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mansfield
University and is pursuing her Master's studies at Texas
A&M and the University of Nebraska.
Raymond M. Gdovic
CFO
Raymond is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of Certified
Public Accountants (VSCPA) and the Tidewater Chapter Virginia
Society of Certified Public Accountants (TCVSCPA). Raymond's
expertise comes from twenty three years of accounting and
financial experience in public accounting and with private
business enterprises. After earning a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Administration with a concentration in
accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Raymond
began his career with Witt Mares, PLC a public accounting
and business consulting firm serving the Mid-Atlantic as
well as specialty areas nationwide and internationally.
Raymond also took on the role of Senior Audit and Cost Specialist
in the accounting department at Branscome Incorporated,
a multinational construction conglomerate. Responsibilities
included overseeing the accounting department's data processing,
field cost analysis, accounting reviews of various divisions
and federal and state tax compliance. In 1997 Raymond assumed
a leadership role with Aquis taking charge of the accounting
department and all financial and tax related issues. Raymond
also oversees all banking relationships including depository
accounts, credit card processing, credit lines and loan
management.
Stephen Solecki
Vice President Operations and Corporate Governance
Mr. Solecki is Vice President of HR and Corporate Governance
is responsible for overseeing the human resources, legal
and administrative functions of Aquis. Mr. Solecki joined
Aquis in February 2004. He provided management consulting
services for Aquis in 2002 and 2003. Prior to joining the
Company, Mr. Solecki operated his own management consulting
business from 2002 to 2004. Other positions held by Steven
include HR Manager with Finova Mezzanine Capital, HR Director
with PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, and Vice-President
of HR and Operations with Graward General Companies, Inc.
Mr. Solecki holds a Masters degree in HR and Finance from
Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management
and a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Villanova University.
